SNAP (Spay-Neuter Assistance Program) is a Houston nonprofit providing high-quality, affordable spay and neuter surgeries and preventive veterinary care for healthy dogs and cats. Services include spay and neuter procedures, vaccines and prevention care, heartworm treatment, and wellness visits.
